WHo AM i
Hi, I'm Harshit Mishra — a Bioinformatics undergraduate with a deep interest in the intersection of biology, artificial intelligence, data science, and software engineering. I'm passionate about understanding complex biological systems and using computational approaches to solve meaningful real-world problems.
I enjoy building projects that combine scientific thinking with technology, from developing bioinformatics tools in Python to exploring genomics, machine learning, and computational biology. For me, learning goes beyond the classroom—it's about experimenting, creating, and constantly pushing my understanding through hands-on work.
Alongside my technical journey, leadership has played a significant role in shaping who I am. Through student leadership, debate, and Model United Nations, I've developed strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills that complement my work as a developer and aspiring researcher.
I believe great innovation happens when different disciplines come together. That's why I'm drawn to environments where research, engineering, and creativity intersect. I'm constantly exploring new technologies, reading about scientific breakthroughs, and seeking opportunities to collaborate with people who share a passion for solving challenging problems.
Outside of academics, I appreciate thoughtful design, photography, travel, and discovering new technologies that inspire creativity. I enjoy crafting clean digital experiences just as much as I enjoy writing code, believing that the best products are not only powerful but also intuitive and enjoyable to use.
As I continue to grow, my goal is to contribute to research and innovation that advances computational biology and precision healthcare. Whether through research, open-source projects, or industry collaborations, I hope to build technologies that make a lasting impact while continuing to learn from every challenge along the way.
This website is a reflection of my journey—showcasing the projects I've built, the skills I'm developing, and the ideas that continue to fuel my curiosity. Every project here represents another step toward becoming the engineer and researcher I aspire to be.

learning
Grade 10th Scoring 95.2% in my 10th boards is a moment of pride and joy. It speaks volumes about my hard work and sleepless nights. During the journey, I created memories with friends that I will never forget, from group study to laughing breaks. This accomplishment isn't just marks it's a memory of growth, support, and lovely school moments.
Scoring 90% in my Class 12 board examinations marks the culmination of years of dedication, resilience, and continuous learning. The journey was filled with challenges that pushed me to grow, moments of self discovery, and unforgettable memories shared with friends and teachers. Beyond the grades, this achievement represents perseverance, discipline.
Pursuing my B.Tech in Bioinformatics at Shoolini University is an exciting step toward turning my passion for biology and technology into a meaningful career. Shoolini's research driven environment, industry focused curriculum, and emphasis on innovation have given me the opportunity to explore computational biology, artificial intelligence, and data science through both academics and hands-on projects.
involvement
Completed a research-focused internship in the R&D department, where I explored hearing healthcare technologies, audiology, and medical innovation. The experience strengthened my analytical mindset, introduced me to real-world healthcare applications, and provided valuable exposure to research methodologies in a technology-driven environment.
Represented International MUN as a Campus Ambassador, promoting global leadership initiatives and encouraging student participation in diplomacy, public speaking, and international collaboration. Through outreach and engagement, I strengthened my communication, networking, and leadership skills while connecting students with valuable opportunities and representing the organization within my academic community.
